Dot-In-Circle: After Buhari’s Comment Against IPOB, Caps, Shirts Emerge

‘Dot-in-circle’, T-shirts and caps having the inscription, has been spotted days after President Muhammadu Buhari described the Indigenous People of Biafra as a dot in a circle that has nowhere to turn to.

However, the producer of the branded shirts has not been identified following the comment of the President during an interview on Arise TV.

President Buhari had threatened that his administration would mobilize the military and the police to go after the IPOB accused of being responsible for insecurity in the South-East region.

He had said that IPOB is “just like a dot in a circle and they have nowhere to turn to. They are spread everywhere and they have investments and properties everywhere and in other areas.”

“They don’t know what they are doing. How we will handle them is to mobilize the police and the military to go after them.”

The President also condemned those calling for the sovereignty of the Biafra and Oduduwa Republics, describing them as ignorant.

He said, “Yes, I think of Nigeria. Nigerians can say what they want to say. They want their republics. They don’t think about resources. How to share what we have.”

“They don’t think (of) how to win the confidence of investors. I think they allow their ignorance to disorganize the country,” Buhari had said.

What do you think?
